So I was grocery shopping the other day, buying Cheerios (no, not in preparation for having a toddler who likes finger food, but because I haven't grown out of that stage yet myself) - and one of the boxes had a kid book in it, so of course I picked that one. Then as I was standing in line, I thought "oh, holy geez, this is the first time I've picked cereal because of the 'prize' included" - yikes!

I read this post a couple of days ago, then went to the grocery store last night and bought the same cereral I always do (Special K fruit and yogurt). Much to my excitement, if you bought 2 boxes you got a coupon for a free Freeman beauty product. I laughed twice...once thinking of you and the Cheerio prize, and then thinking of all of the Freeman products we bought in high school!
mmmmmmm, well Mom sent me to new mexico with kashi cause she was worried that they only sell "other" cererals there... but of course, i went to a wild oats which practically keeps cereals like that on the end of the aisle:) no treats in my box-- but a pair of chocolate eye balls are hanging out on the kitchen table of my landlady! laura
